These terms govern your use of the helfin website. By using this site, you accept them. Use of the helfin software itself is governed by separate terms presented in the app.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Korner Studio Sàrl, Impasse des Amandiers 4, 1585 Salavaux, Switzerland (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@helfin.ch.
2. What this website is
This is the website for helfin, a live Swiss accounting and business-management application. The site lets you learn about helfin, try an interactive demonstration, and start a free trial in the app. Nothing on this website is itself a contract; subscriptions to the helfin software are contracted in the app under separate terms presented at sign-up.
3. The demo
The interactive QR-bill and ledger demonstration is provided for illustration only. It runs in your browser using sample data and produces example output. While it generates a technically valid Swiss QR-bill structure, it is a demonstration — do not rely on its output for real payments, accounting, tax or legal purposes.
4. The software and subscriptions
helfin is available as a live web application at app.helfin.ch. You can create an account and start a free trial with every feature open; no card is required to try it. Paid subscriptions are contracted inside the app and billed through our payment provider (Stripe). Prices shown on this site are indicative and include VAT unless stated otherwise; the prices and terms that apply are those presented to you in the app at subscription. We may change plans, prices and features; changes do not affect a subscription already in force for its current period.
5. Acceptable use
When using this site, you agree not to:
- use it unlawfully or in breach of these terms;
- submit false information or someone else's contact details without their permission;
- attempt to disrupt, attack, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure;
- copy, scrape or reuse the site's content or branding without our permission.
6. Intellectual property
The helfin name, the square-dot mark, the site's design, text and graphics are owned by Korner Studio Sàrl or used with permission. You may not use them without our prior written consent, except as needed to view the site normally.
7. No warranty
This website and the demo are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current. Statements about future features describe present intentions, not promises.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Swiss law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or the demo. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for unlawful intent or gross negligence.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and international treaties. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any dispute is the courts at the seat of Korner Studio Sàrl in Vully-les-Lacs, Canton of Vaud, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory legal venue that protects consumers.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as helfin develops. The version published on this page, with the date shown above, is the one that applies. If you continue to use the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
