Your books are encrypted on your device, with a key derived from your password that never leaves your browser. We store only ciphertext: even helfin cannot read your accounts. That's the zero-knowledge principle.
On Infomaniak servers, in Geneva — Swiss infrastructure, run by an independent Swiss host. Your accounting never has to leave Switzerland to work.
Every exchange between your browser and helfin is encrypted with HTTPS / TLS. Nothing travels in the clear — not a page, not a request, not a receipt.
Before anyone reaches your books: email verification and an in-app access code. Turn on two-factor authentication for a third barrier.
Export everything whenever you want, delete everything from your profile. No lock-in, no mandatory subscription to keep your exports. Your books leave with you.
Your books are backed up, encrypted, in Switzerland, at regular intervals, with a Swiss off-site copy. A lost computer has never meant lost books.
From January 2027. The EBICS connection links helfin to your bank with no third-party aggregator. Your bank keys stay encrypted, and every payment goes through dual control before it's sent. Swiss standard EBICS 3.0 / ISO 20022.

Infomaniak hosts helfin on Swiss infrastructure. Receipt text recognition runs on your device, without sending the document to an external AI service. This website also operates without Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager.
